To roll out the ICOPE programme in France, the Gérontopôle du CHU de Toulouse-IHU HealthAge has created the ICOPE Monitor digital tools. These consist of 2 tools for identification (step 1 of ICOPE): the mobile application and the web page. Both are connected to a secure database accessible to healthcare professionals, enabling them to record stages 1, 2 and 3 of ICOPE.

Monitoring and Follow-up Tool

Every 6 months, two free tools enable you to assess 6 essential functions for ageing well: cognition, nutrition/vitality, vision, hearing, mobility and psychology.
