As stated by Prof. Vellas, we are facing unprecedented global aging, and the scientific community must undertake all efforts to maximize innovation to extend healthy longevity quickly.

The IHU HealthAge is therefore committed to open-science to accelerate discovery in an international community supporting the goals of the global roadmap for healthy longevity launched in 2023. Additionally, the IHU open-science platform will in the future support other researchers in an interactive format to load their raw omics data and get the novel aging clocks analyzed by the IHU HealthAge. This will have the additional benefit to the IHU HealthAge to train its clocks further with global data connected in its Open Science Hub.
