Available to dowload: the ICOPE MONITOR app
Since May 2020, the ICOPE MONITOR mobile application, developed by the Gerontopole of the Toulouse University Hospital, WHO Collaborative Centre for frailty, is available for both professionals and general public willing to self-assess and follow-up their functions.
This app is coming from the WHO ICOPE Program (Integrated Care for Older People) et allows anyone to follow its essential functions for a healthy aging and people’s autonomy as long as possible. This prevention tool will also prevent many chronic age-related diseases to appear or to become debilitating.
It can be used for both seniors and younger adults from 20 years old as a prevention tool.
