The mouse cross-sectional cohort (6,12, 18 and 24 months) includes 1576 male and female SWISS mice (normal and high-fat/high-sucrose diet) in which extensive functional phenotyping (i.e. motor activity, cognition, cardiac function, urinary function, nutrition/vitality, 106 000 data points).
A collection of 50 000 biological samples (plasma and dry pellet, urine, feces, brain, heart, adipose, tissue, skeletal muscles, digestive tract, liver, skin and kidneys) have been performed. Functional data and samples are available in the framework of the present call.
