This is the translational research cohort (referred to as the <a href=\"\/en\/human-cohorts\/\">T-cohort<\/a>) and the ICOPE CARE cohort (referred to as the <a href=\"\/en\/human-cohorts\/\">C-cohort<\/a>). As specified in the Cohorts section, a 100% digital cohort (called <a href=\"\/en\/digital-cohort\/\">e-Cohort<\/a>) will be opening by the beginning of summer 2020 to allow technology and independence enthusiasts to be able to evaluate and monitor their functions in self-assessment thanks to the <a href=\"\/en\/digital-tools\/\">ICOPE MONITOR application or the Botfrail link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Find all the news dedicated to you on this page.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Testimonials<\/h2>\n<div class=\"citation\">I took part in this study because I feel young in my mind and I want to physically age as well as possible to continue doing everything that matters to me.<br \/>\nCatherine 57 years old<\/div>\n<div class=\"citation\" style=\"text-align: left;\">I was impressed by the personalized care I received.
