Demonstrate a stromal cell signature specific of biological aging and frailty<\/h2>\n

Biopsies from donors of the INSPIRE cohort will be used to prepare mesenchymal stem\/stromal cells and the hypothesis of a link between the frailty of individuals and the resistance to various stresses \/ challenges administered will be assess. To perform such experiments, we will use the great expertise of our national facility Ecellfrance quality control platform (www.ecellfrance.fr<\/a>) dedicated to set-up safety and potency assays for stromal cells using standardized procedures. We speculate that all the results obtained on the qualification of stromal cells will allow us to calculate a predictive biological score of frailty phenotype. In parallel, senescence of stroma cells in key organs (heart, muscle) will be investigated.<\/p>\n
