The 4 main missions of an IHU are :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Research<\/strong>: by bringing fundamental research closer to clinical concerns<\/li>\n<li><strong>Care<\/strong>: by accelerating the transition between research and therapeutic applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formation<\/strong>: to strengthen the transfer of knowledge<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valorization<\/strong>: economic development and innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An IHU brings together research teams, healthcare professionals, academics and companies in the sector to focus on a single clinical theme.
