Pour vous remercier de votre soutien et de votre collaboration aux \u00e9tudes INSPIRE, nous sommes en train de mettre en place des partenariats culturels pour vous permettre des activit\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et gratuites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour rappel, \u00e0 ce jour, trois \u00e9tudes de recherche humaine ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit de la cohorte de recherche translationnelle (<a href=\"\/fr\/cohorte-humaine\/\">cohorte INSPIRE-T<\/a>), la cohorte de soins (<a href=\"https:\/\/ihuhealthage.fr\/fr\/pilier-1-icope-cohorte-care-permettre-une-longevite-en-sante-pour-continuer-a-faire-ce-qui-est-important-pour-chacun\/\">cohorte de soins ICOPE<\/a>) et la cohorte permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer l&rsquo;impact co\u00fbt-efficacit\u00e9 du programme ICOPE (<a href=\"https:\/\/ihuhealthage.fr\/fr\/pilier-4-rct-icope-etudier-limpact-cout-efficacite-du-programme-icope\/\">cohorte ICOPE<\/a>). La cohorte 100% digitale (e-Cohorte INSPIRE) permet \u00e9galement aux plus ind\u00e9pendants de pouvoir s&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuer et suivre leurs fonctions en auto-\u00e9valuation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019application <a href=\"https:\/\/ihuhealthage.fr\/fr\/telechargez-lapplication-icope-monitor\/\">ICOPE MONITOR<\/a> sans premier contact avec un professionnel de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00e9moignages<\/h2>\n<div class=\"citation\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9tude car je me sens jeune dans ma t\u00eate et j&rsquo;aimerais vieillir physiquement le mieux possible et en bonne sant\u00e9 pour continuer \u00e0 faire tout ce qui est important pour moi.<br \/>\nCatherine 57 ans.<\/div>\n<div class=\"citation\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9 par la prise en charge personnalis\u00e9e, je pensais juste venir donner mon sang et autres pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements.
