C\u2019est la troisi\u00e8me Fondation hospitali\u00e8re cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 ce jour en France.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: \u00e7justify;\">Le CHU de Toulouse en est le fondateur. Elle peut concourir aux activit\u00e9s de soins et de recherche et ainsi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">assurer des actions de diagnostic, de surveillance et de traitement des malades ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">d\u00e9livrer des soins ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">participer \u00e0 la coordination des soins en relation avec les membres des professions de sant\u00e9 exer\u00e7ant en pratique de ville et les \u00e9tablissements et services m\u00e9dico-sociaux ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">mener des actions de pr\u00e9vention et d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, selon une approche populationnelle (i.e. hors les murs) ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">participer \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique de sant\u00e9, notamment de pr\u00e9vention de la d\u00e9pendance ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">mener, en son sein, une r\u00e9flexion sur l&rsquo;\u00e9thique li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;accueil et la prise en charge m\u00e9dicale ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">participer \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignement universitaire et postuniversitaire, \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l&rsquo;innovation en sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">participer au d\u00e9veloppement professionnel continu des professionnels de sant\u00e9 et du personnel param\u00e9dical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ce jour, elle porte l\u2019IHU HealthAge en tant que coordinateur du projet aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Agence Nationale de la Recherche et soutien par ses actions les projets de l\u2019IHU ( accords de m\u00e9c\u00e9nats, r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des appels \u00e0 projets\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Conseil d\u2019Administration de la Fondation Pastel<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9sident, M.
