To thank you for your support and collaboration in the INSPIRE studies, we are in the process of setting up cultural partnerships to enable you to take part in regular free activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a reminder, three human research studies have already begun. These are the translational research cohort (<a href=\"https:\/\/ihuhealthage.fr\/en\/inspire-t-human-cohort\/\">INSPIRE-T cohort<\/a>), the care cohort (<a href=\"https:\/\/ihuhealthage.fr\/en\/pillar-1-icope-care-cohort-enabling-healthy-longevity-to-continue-doing-what-matters-to-each-individual\/\">ICOPE care cohort<\/a>) and the cohort to assess the cost-effectiveness impact of the ICOPE programme (<a href=\"https:\/\/ihuhealthage.fr\/en\/pillar-4-randomised-clinical-trial-icope-cost-effectiveness-impact-of-the-icope-programme\/\">ICOPE cohort<\/a>). The 100% digital cohort (INSPIRE e-Cohort) also enables the most independent patients to self-assess and monitor their functions using the <a href=\"https:\/\/ihuhealthage.fr\/en\/download-the-icope-monitor-app\/\">ICOPE MONITOR app<\/a>, without first contacting a healthcare professional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Testimonials<\/h2>\n<div class=\"citation\">I took part in this study because I feel young in my head and I&#8217;d like to age physically as well as possible and in good health so that I can continue to do all the things that are important to me.<br \/>\nCatherine, aged 57.<\/div>\n<div class=\"citation\">I was impressed by the personalised care I received.
